Hi Kathe! . I've just been busy and lots of stress lately. I did some calculating and things look better for the AK cruise now. And if all else fails, I can cancel and just re-book when I get my tax money end of January. It will happen.

I'm running a different kind of marathon...13 days down...2 more to go before a day off. I was supposed to be off tomorrow, but now they've called for a conference call so I'll be going in...

Holly are you sure about the due date. I would think that if the due date for the first cruise is not till feb that the due date for the second leg would be due 75 days out from that sail date.

My invoice says 12/23. But maybe that's just when the TA wants the money. I need to call them to find out what's up with that because the LA to Vancouver is due 2/1 (at least that's what my invoice says).

Holly, I booked through a travel agent and my final payment date is Feb 10th. DCL says if I want to book I must be paid in full by the end of Dec and early Jan for each respective cruise. So if I don't book anything, I have more time to pay it off. If your travel agent doesn't allow you to do that....get another travel agent and you can still go. Monica will book it for you. You shouldn't cancel just because your agent wants you to pay it off earlier. Just something to consider.

Cool! This makes me feel much better. Because I'll have no trouble paying by 2/10. I'll definitely check into it soon, I've just been too busy. Thanks Deb!

I appreciate it greatly... waiting to see how things work out here - It's stress that's getting me and I'm taking it all on my legs. I seem to clench all my muscles in my sleep and have tons of spasms - so long distance is out. Ian did tell me if I call on Wednesday and tell him I'm showing up on thursday that I can still come. I offered to eat out back with Mrs F. with a folding chair and a TV table...

Well, if there's anything I can do to help, let me know.

check with DCL and see what their dats are. I'd also check with Monica and see if she can do something about it. Maybe you can rebook it when you get paid... don't give up... I haven't!!!
