I wonder if they will pass Lisa/DL5 in the terminal. How funny would that be.

Its been a crazy day!
The torch ceremony was good, Ken took pictures, which I'll post on here in a little bit after he gets downloads them.
I have to admit I was ready cry seeing my girl up there singing O Canada with the choir.
My mom drove down to see it, and is now taking the girls back to her place for the night and we'll go get them tomorrow.

What a thrilling and exciting day. You and Ken have a lot to be proud of. Thanks for sharing with us.....you know I LOVED seeing the pics.

I just told Sukie that I was able to get a room with a Savannah view. He's quite excited and is looking forward to feeding the giraffes a bun.

Are you allowed to feed the animals right off the terrace? How very bizzare and yet cool. Just be very careful that the natives are friendly.

I slept alot this morning, so that helped and paul gave my leg a massage last night. now it's only on the lower part not my thigh, maybe it's working its way out my foot

Shannon (& Ken) loved the pictures. Willie was confused because the Olympics don't start until 2/12. had to explain that's just the opening ceremonies - seems silly to not just have the ceremonies at the real opening dates. We'll be watching them on are you guys going to see any events?

Willie has pitcher/catcher try outs today. last weekend was general. He is trying out for catcher. he got a new mitt from his cousin so we are on the way outside to practice with it

he finds out what team he is on 2/4 fingers crossed he is on the team with his pal, Cody (and a good team too
