That sounds ideal and will move you into gold very fast.;)

No....move me towards PLATINUM! These would be cruises 7, 8, 9 (assuming I would not be doing Alaska in order to do these).

Actually, I probably wouldn't do these, but might consider a shorter version...a 4/3 b2b for Christmas or a 3/5 b2b for New Years. I'll probably play with the $$ when these show up on line on the 9th.

Off to check in on facebook..............

.

DCL says $400 deposit on any cruise on the Dream and non-refundable on the maiden cruise. If the deposits are $400 then what are the prices going to be?????

Hi Gydell....

I'm still willing to try this....all depends on the cost, of course :rotfl: Let me know the pricing you get & then we'll make a decision. Looks like we have most of 1 day to make it :thumbsup2 Does this sound good to you?

It's a plan!

Nan, all the best on the job front. You CAN do it!!

Ian, hope all goes well with the meeting. You have what it takes to be cool calm and collected, and get what you want!!

Just spoke to my daughter about doing the Inaugural and she's very keen so :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: looks like we're doing it!!! :thumbsup2 We did our first DCL cruise together so it seems right that we do this one together... We're going back to our roots and hoping for the Oceanview staterooms (cat 9A) - love that big window seat... EXCITING!!!! :yay: :yay: :yay:

This is my eldest son storming off when I got the camera out!!! Until then, he'd been happily showing off his feminine side - heels an' all...

You know, oddly enough as a little boy I absolutely refused to allow myself to be dressed up in any girlie clothing.

When I was 5 years old my father brought home my halloween costume and had mistakenly bought Minnie Mouse instead of Mickey.

I still remember them pleading with me that it was OK for me to dress up as Minnie and me flatly refusing. As a result there was no costume that year (1960).

I guess I had a real strong sense of gender identity and would not even cross-dress as a mouse.

Of course fast forward to later in life when I was an MC at a charity auction, in drag with a full beard.

(Thank God for thrift stores and big girls who get rid of their unwanted brides maid dresses!)

Good luck, Nan!!! I will cross my fingers and think extremely good thoughts... Thanks for showing me how to spell 'hinnie' - I'd always imagined it as 'hiney'... :teacher:

Yeah, what is it with that??? :rotfl2::lmao::rotfl2:

And good luck to you, Ian...

Ha I love that pic Kaz :thumbsup2

Wilson told me this morning that he knew people would laugh because it was funny, not because he was a dork. Smart boy ;)

The really funny thing was that since he is on student council and one of the "good" ones his coach had him lead Halloween :rotfl2::rotfl2: He walked each of the grades 1-6 around the playground for parents. That boy got EVERYONE to see him today. It really was fun. He's a ham I think he'll look back and enjoy this :woohoo:

This afternoon student council goes over to an old folks home for another parade, then tomorrow the boy scouts head to the Blind Veteran's Center to play games with blind vets. Community service gotta love it, keeps a kid outta trouble and grateful for what they have in their own lives :thumbsup2

Molly is having a bit of fun too, today is a school dance (they have them in the afternoon) and then to a birthday party to play laser tag tonight:woohoo:

ok, now time to send out that resume. Thanks for all the well wishes :cheer2:

MY HAPPINESS FOR THE DAY

I found out that Netflix is going to start supporting streaming instant watch movies through the Playstation 3 at no extra cost!

I think one has to have a good sense of "self" to wear girl clothes in public. There is a father who belongs to the theater group that the kids are in, he wears a skirt with clogs. We laugh at him, it's really kinda sad. He keeps apart from the rest of the parents. I say if you're gonna wear a dress wear it PROUD!!!:dance3:

Maybe you drew the line at cross-species dressing...? ;)

I'm really not sure what is says about us as a family BUT cross-gender dressing seems to be something we embrace!!! Whether it's my daughter Sophie...

Thank goodness we haven't seen her for a while... :rotfl2::lmao::rotfl2:

Just bought these today:

Here's the wrap that I can also wear in January during our cruise if we get dressed for formal night. I'll definitely use it for Alaska.

Here's the bag to go with it.

Here's the dress that I bought one size smaller than what I wear now.

The dress is silver with black lace. I already own the shoes and the jewelry....yes, I have black diamonds too.

Now we have to get dressed up for formal night in January.

Good boy!!! Go Wilson!!!

These are excellent Kaz. I love the one of your son as a girl too. Yes, your family does like cross dressing it seems. :lmao::lmao:

How come none of those pictures show you in another light Kaz??? ;)

p.s. tell Richard to keep his day job :lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:

You know, I'm really going to have to stop posting photos of them all looking bizarre!!! Goodness knows what their work colleagues would make of this insanity!!! Not to mention patients - Joe/Josephine is a recently qualified doctor, for flips sake!!! :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl2:

Hey Deb, can I be nosy and ask if you're planning on booking the 2nd Dream cruise too to have a B2B??? :goodvibes

Sadly, I'm always the one behind the camera!!! It was only after the event that I realised no one had taken one of me in my manly attire... :sad2:

And I won't just tell him, I'll insist upon it!!! :lmao:
