::yes:: I did like PC for it's special reasons, but this was so relaxing and such a nice way to unwind and visit together :grouphug:

I have to admit, I'm not loving the other threads for mine either. Just a bunch of other people talking about stuff that I don't carry about. I care about us here :dance3:

thanks, I needed that :thumbsup2

I want to see the SLAP pic again, please. I need to save it for my files/records/government information

well, not really, does she carry booze in any other ones ???? :rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

Miss You DEB

:laughing::laughing: Nan, check your mail later in the week....I sent you a little something. Miss you too!!! Hugs and Love!

I just LOVE this....it's the BEST!!!

Thanks Bubba for thinking of it and thanks Ken for doing it!

All booked. Cabin 7041. B2B.

Did it all on the computer. No waiting on the phone.

Can I go backto bed now?

YEAHHHHH.....the Thieves will be taking over the ship!!

Bringing her right on into Canada.

So glad we can share this with you guys!

We actually managed to get a room on the PC cruise!!! So we aren't in the lifeboat this time. Only gty in the category we originally wanted, so went up a cat and got one of the last few rooms. I'm sure more will come available though as the realisation of paying $600 per person deposit sinks in, then the Dream's itineraries coming out. With the 10% off from booking onboard it is costing the same as last year for what would have been the next cat up. I'm happy!!

Having said that, we might not actually do the cruise!!!:lmao::lmao:

I had it originally booked too....in case we did the cruise. As it turns out we're not doing it and have already changed it. But I booked onboard and was quoted $7,100 for a cat 6 and for the May 08 I booked thru DU and paid $4,900 for a cat 6. That was one of the reasons why we didn't do this cruise. The B2B is costing us $6,000 total for a cat 6.

But the most important reason why we picked the B2B cruise is that we wanted to go where our friends are going. It's way more fun going with them.

Cancel it!!! Do the LA - Alaska cruise!

So glad to have you there to share it with us! It's the company that makes the trip great! :thumbsup2

Time to work on a special "Thieves" magnet for this cruise. I'll make it so that it only covers the repo portion as Kaylee said she is joining us for that portion, and I don't think there is anyone doing just the Alaska cruise on the 3rd is there? PLEASE correct me if I am wrong...

And just so you know, I already posted a few magnet/designs on the Repo cruise thread.

oh that is good but the dates are not good for our kids... we had been told that no more take them out of school after the Panama Canal... oh well... one day just me and Ian will join in future....

The nice thing, is that with disboards, we can stay in touch, and eventually cruise together again. I know I'd love to see your smiling face on another cruise :)

So true Shannon....especially with this cruise of people....we're thieves....thick and thru.....none of my other cruises are like this one was. It's the people that matter most. Ken said it best, "It's the company that makes the trip great.":thumbsup2

oh, oh, oh, the baby girl is coming today....yeah!

No, I have not heard anything.:yay::yay::banana:

Though we're booked on the B2B I probably won't really engage in the thread until about 6 months out. Which is exactly what I did for the PC cruise, right now it's just too far out to take very seriously and get much of my attention.

To make matters worse, the thread owners are dead set against treating it as one trip with two segments, so checking 2 threads for the cruise is just plain goofy.

In about 5 weeks I've got to get my tush in gear to book the family vacation in 2010 (which will take the place of the TA cruise).

Sukie's daughter will be coming over and we'll also have some of the grand kids. I really sort of hate planning things so far out in advance. I don't like the idea of living in the future, but with DVC I need to get into gear as soon as the booking window opens up.

:banana::banana::dance3::dance3::dance3:YEAH.....I applied in Nov 08 and got my first check Sept 09 and that was with the help of a Congressman's office. I would have been still waiting if I didn't send the letter....thanks Michelle.

You are very welcome.. glad it worked out!!! :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2
