I normally eat right up until I go to bed, and I can't tonight because of the stupid 12 hour fast before blood draw. I've never had to do this before. SO.......I have to get into bed before I start EATING. At least this will get me up early on a Saturday morning. You know that means I'll be taking a long nap though! :rotfl2:

Sweet dreams Holly :cloud9:
Hope your dreams aren't filled with thoughts of sweet foods though ;)

Something tells me that alot of drinking might be involved over this reno... not sure if it will be Marilyn or John... :rotfl:

Good evening!
I had to wait for the kids to go to bed to get onto the computer tonight. Shaelyn was playing on my Facebook and Kaleigh was writing a song (that's what she calls it, to the unaware it would look like randomly hitting keys for fun.) She could be the next Hannah Montana! ;):lmao:

Michelle - are you enjoying the walking?

Kathy - great pics!

Holly - sounds like the doctor is being thorough :thumbsup2 and I didn't know about the superberries, and I already let Shaelyn do my planting, so I've got things that take 2 or 3 days all planted.:sad2: oh well, she was having fun, and her excitement was cute.:thumbsup2

Gydell - you've sure done amazing! :thumbsup2

Cheri - nice to see you dropping in :goodvibes

Bubba - post more ::yes::!

OK this is way too interesting to let go by.....what was the bet? Spill the beans....we all want to know.

To make it short, Ken bet a couple of friends that he would have 3 girls that summer, and I was supposed to be one of them. He got me and stopped :thumbsup2 I'll never forgot his face when he was confessing the bet to me. He figured he'd better tell me, before the friends did :lmao::lmao:

Kathe, those pics are amazing. I want to go there now........though not sure about that hike!!!!

Gydell and Deb, well done on the continued weight loss.

Shannon - keep missing you - hi!!

Michelle - you are walking?????

OK, now that I'm caught up here.....Here's my list from today:

My doctor wants me to go see a dermatologist because she's doesn't like my moles and she's never seen anything like some of the weird things my skin is doing.

She gave me prescription for some kind of eyedrops because it looks like my childhood allergies have returned (the white part of my eyes turns completely red).

She had me do the lovely pee in a cup deal and will check that all out.

Sorry to the men for this one: she did a pap smear and chest exam, and is sending me to have a mammogram.

And she freaked out when she saw the plate-size bruise on my inner thigh and couldn't believe it still looks the way it does after a whole week, she said bruises that big usually don't happen unless you really whack yourself on something (which I didn't, I just dragged across something on the boat, didn't even hurt), and she didn't like some other bruises on me when I told her I often wake up to find more, so she's doing an in-depth blood workup. So I'm doing the 12-hour fast right now and will go to the lab in the morning for my blood draw.

Oh....and the growths on my eyelids, she told me those can be caused from cholesterol, so that's something else that's being checked out.

It kind of freaks me out that she's checking so many things! But it will be good to know what's up. :thumbsup2

Sounds like a good check up this time Holly.

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Well, I did mean a pic of the rooms, but it might be entertaining to get a before and after pic of Marilyn too :rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

It is the pic in the middle that might be scary.

:rotfl2:No worries, I'm never hungry late at night, it's just cravings and bad habit. And I never am hungry until about noon. My dreams were crazy though! I dreamt I was starting 2nd grade WITH Tyler, and we thought we would be in the same classroom, but we were wrong. The first assignment in my class was to label the parts of a sentence (noun, verb, adjective, etc.) and I freaked out for Tyler because I thought "he can't even read, how will he be able to do this?" But in reality, he's only in the general ed class for 45 min in the morning and 45 min in the afternoon, so he won't be doing those things. In the special ed class, they do work at his level and go at his pace. :thumbsup2

Very cute! :thumbsup2

I've tried to let Tyler try farming, but he just doesn't grasp it. Computers are frustrating for him. The only thing he does is Webkinz, but that always freezes up on him ever few minutes, we have to log out and log back in, and he gets too frustrated to continue because he has difficulty doing the sign in info. I have it written for him so he can just match up the letters/numbers, but the letter "I" on the keyboard looks like a lower case "L", so that throws him off, and he can't tell the difference between zero and letter "O", and just has trouble finding all the letters. He's just not there yet. And clicking is tricky for him too because he can't remember when you only need to click once and when you click twice on everything in general. Stuff the rest of us know automatically.

If you sign up to be a fan of FarmVille, you'll see regular posts where they tell about this stuff. I was excitedly waiting for days for the Super Berries! Now I'll have enough coins very soon to upgrade to 20X20! :cool1:

Aw, what a cute story! :goodvibes

OK, getting hungry. I suppose I'd better head out and get my blood drawn so I can eat! Have to gather my laundry first so I can head straight from the lab to the laundromat, getting lunch on the way. Probably Subway, since there's one right next to the laundromat. Yummy!

By the time I get to the laundromat, it will probably be time to harvest th e next batch of Superberries I planted a while ago. THEN I should have enough coins for my bigger farm!

 I got to the lab, 15 minutes before they close, thinking that's surely enough time to squeeze one more person in. WRONG. The people working were just locking the door on their way out when I got there. Turns out they closed a bit early because there were no people around. :headache: So I get to try this again Monday morning. The reason for trying to do it today is so I don't have to try to get Tyler dropped off a bit earlier than normal Monday morning. Oh well, it will work. The lab opens at 8am and I have to be to work at 8:30. I'm never on time anyway, so no big deal if I'm a few minutes late. :thumbsup2 Nobody's there to know, most people get in at 9.

I've only started a few days ago and so far it's ok... it's rained a bit so I have to try and get my walks in around the rain drops...

Thanks! And this will make a great story to tell at your 50th anniversary celebration, with the kids, grandkids and great-grandkids gathered around! :lmao:

Holly, are you as bad as me, carrying your laptop around with you, looking for a WIFI hotspot so you can log in and check your crops???? :lmao::lmao::lmao:

BTW, I can't access Farmville--I wonder if they've crashed their server for good with this "Super Berries" weekend???

Well, I'm off to the "Valley of the Sun" for an overnight trip. I want to see Dylan (my nephew) before I leave on my Sept. adventure. I'll be gone 3 weeks and you know how fast kids grow. I'm afraid if I don't see him now, I might not recognize him by the time I get back!:goodvibes

Cheri, are you going straight home after the cruises? I know you are at WDW the week before, so i am presuming so.
