Its almost the end of the workday. I've got one test I'm waiting for, and then I get to leave early! One of the perks of being salary is getting to leave early when things on running smoothly on sunny Friday afternoons! :cool1::banana:

I do that every day... ;)

Sukie's out for most of the weekend, so we did our grocery shopping tonight.

I managed to run him over with the shopping cart in the produce store. Well, not run him over, knock him over.

He was kneeling in front of the cart tying his shoe, I came back to the cart and was looking up over and way down the aisle for him. I didn't see him.

You know, first I hit him with the Smart Car, and now a shopping car. You would think that I would learn that to be effective I should be up-sizing, not down sizing.

Do you have insurance?????

Hey, Venetia just looked up on-line what the most common name was and it said that Ethan was the most common name in Canada. What's up with that? You don't have any Johns?

This is Gay.

why yes, but they are all in jail...

crap, they ran out. I think bubba went there

go earlier in the day... I got 3 of them...

this is bubba..... Ian...is chocolate by the BOX on program? NOT!!!

:rolleyes1

Honey Buns...... you missed the dance!:sad1:

wanna go park at the lake Honey Buns???/

sorry... I was practicing my parallel parking... :rotfl:

This is still bubba.....Ho Ho is here, but Honey Buns sounds better!!!

yes, sweetie pie... :lovestruc

I started Jan 2,2009 and have lost 118 pounds. These last 2 are killers, but then I will have reached my goal.

Wowser....that's a lot of weight in just six months. How did you do it....counting calories?

You are my hero!!!:worship::worship::worship::worship::worship:

YEAHHHHHHH you did so good. Hang in there for the last 2 pounds. It will happen and then you can celebrate!!!

Of course you're burning calories. You burn calories even when you're asleep.

I would focus on food choices for now. Getting active can come later when you're ready and able.

Absolutely....my hero....my WW guru and mentor.....you are such a motivator and an inspiration to us. :worship::worship::worship::worship::worship:

Bad news. I've had my suspicions for 2 months, but I'm now convinced I'm allergic to the guinea pigs. :sad2: Well, not 100% sure, I did lots of research last night and found it could be the type of hay we use or the type of bedding etc., so I need to do some experimenting and see if I can figure it out.

I was trying to decide if it was them or if it was my childhood allergies returning. From about 5 years old until about 10, I had such severe allergies, that my eyes would turn red, water would stream down my face, and my eyes would swell closed. I missed lots of school because of it. And I think that permanently damaged my tear ducts because ever since then, I don't have tears when I cry. I had lots of tests done back then and I was allergic to a wide variety of growing things and stuff flying around in the air.

So when this started up recently, I wasn't sure. The day we got to FL, my eyes cleared up, and then when I woke up at home the morning after we got home, they were red and swollen again. Same with when we went to TN. And I spent more time than usual with the piggies last night, and today when I woke up, my bottom eyelids were so swollen, my eyes were 1/2 closed. There is NO white part of my eye, it's completely red. Our office manager told me I looked like something from a horror movie, and I truly did. It didn't start to clear up until towards the end of the day, and it never fully cleared up. I've been home just over an hour and my eyes are itchy again. :sad2:

So I'm going to try a few different things to see if I can get it under control before considering getting rid of them. The research I did said most people do well with a HEPA filter placed near the cage, so I'll give that a try. :headache:

OK......off for supper!

Sorry to hear about that. I hope you find that it is the bedding and you can change it and have no more trouble!!

Poor Sukie. You really aren't trying hard enoug Ian!!;)

Thanks! I used to live on breads and sweets so once I gave them up and started walking 2-3 miles 4 times a week it started falling off. It doesn't even bother me now not having sweets!

Thanks! Almost 2 weeks and still haven't lost those last 2 pounds!

Thanks! I just changed my eating habits and it just happened.

:yay:Well done. At least you haven't put weight on these last 2 weeks!:thumbsup2

That is such a great way to do it. Healthy too. I love when it happens just by changing your lifestyle. That's so good Gydell.:wizard:

Good Morning Marilyn. Where is Deborah?

I fell asleep very early last night. I just woke up to go to the bathroom and now I'm not tired enough to go back to sleep.

I had 13 points left when I fell asleep last night. I usually never leave more than 10. I'll be hungry early today.

Sorry about the not sleeping Deb.

One thing that happens to me is that if I am a bit hungry I can't sleep, so then I have a little something before bedtime.

I never had problems sleeping when I was younger. John has problems too. It must be something that happens when you get older. :confused3

this is bubba..... Ian...is chocolate by the BOX on program? NOT!!!

It can be, the box that is ... if you can manage to fit in enough activity points to compensate for it on the same day. Anyone feel like jogging over to Chicago for a visit today?

However yes, chocolate is on the program, provided you count the points.

Well, I took a Benadryl before bed last night to experiment and woke up looking a bit better than yesterday. I don't look like a horror movie character today. The bottom eyelids are still puffy, but the whites of my eyes aren't completely red like yesterday and my eyes don't itch, so there's one lesson learned about coping with this. I'll try to remember to go get some Zyrtec today and see if that helps. I took that while I was pregnant (when it was still a prescription drug) and it worked wonderfully, so maybe it will work well for this too.

I'm up surprisingly early today! (I know......the day is 1/2 over for Ian, but it's early for me). :thumbsup2 I got up at 9:20am. I really wanted to continue sleeping, but I knew the guy was coming back today to get the washing machine. I managed to pull the dead dryer out of the way, unhook it and drag it into my kitchen just so he can get the washer out when he gets here. I still need to vacuum all the dust off the back of it. The front looks perfect, but I don't want him to have to lug my dust bunnies home. I wouldn't want to buy something like that. I can't seem to find my tools to get the hoses taken off the back, but he said he'll bring his. :thumbsup2

I suppose I should shower and get dressed. After he's gone I will go back to sleep for a while and then go grocery shopping, and pick up my dad's birthday gift. His birthday was 2 days ago, but we'll see him tomorrow at Tyler's cousin Elizabeth's party. We already celebrated with her on her actual birthday when we were in Tennessee, so we won't need to bring her another gift, we're just going so Tyler can visit with family and swim in her pool. :goodvibes

These people need to get here and be gone so I can head out and get stuff done.
