Well, 2 more days and I get a whole bunch of days of freedom! Tyler's dad gets him for Memorial Day this year, so I told him he's welcome to just have Tyler stay straight through the weekend until Monday evening. Sure, I'll miss him, but I'm really looking forward to this very rare long stretch of free days!

I know I missed a special anniversary and a lovely reunion. Maybe on purpose, maybe not.....

We went camping this weekend with the girl scouts. I wish I had pictures but I forgot the camera. The girls held inch worms and caterpillars and toads We finally convinced miss princess to hold a caterpillar so I will post pictures when we get them.

I tried them and they didn't come out like I thought. I think I need to grind the fiber one more.

I just put them in the blender until it was like bread crumbs. I thought they had more flavor than real onion rings but less grease. I do have a problem with grease though.....unless it is in gravy
