Holly, do you like veggies and fruit? You can have loads of veggies on WW and they can be filling and healthy. You can prepare carrot sticks and celery sticks, cauliflower and broccoli florets, and have in the fridge to snack on. Some are really points free. Fruit isn't just so good on points, but is a great alternative. Lots of vitamins.
On colder days, you can cube carrots(lots for sweetness), swede(you have a different name), onions, courgettes (?zucchini). Cook in either chicken stock or vegetable stock(cube) till soft. Whizz half or more of the veg till pureed and add back to the soup, and you have a lovely thick points free soup. YOu can freeze portions and reheat at any time. All healthier options.
