That's because Ken and I are superior males.
I was merely responding to Michelle's post (which I didn't quote by accident) when she asked who won the boardgame and how the Star Wars went today.
And it is long winded because, well, I was a political meeting today so I guess talking for the sake of talking rubbed off. Besides, it is known that no one likes to hear Ken talk as much as Ken.![]()
Great explanation Ian.But it has me wondering.....Is the U.S. the only country that has different laws in every state (or whatever the smaller sections of other countries are called).
Someone posted this over on the Pic of the day thread... I love the angle... it's something Ken would have done...(note to Ken... lay down on deck 4 and take a picture...

Ken & Shannon - wow - the trip is right around the corner!
Hi Holly.....yes the doctor is very happy that the swelling is down so much and the leaking is much less. Now he's working on getting rid of it for good. I have to do epsom salt soaks. He even said, put a solution in a spray bottle and get washclothes. Soak them with the spray and lay directly on the wounds. Keep them wet. How hard is that going to be for me to do laying on my stomach and unable to reach the back of my calves. We'll just have to soak them more in the tub. Leg care is getting to be a full time job. I still don't know if they're going to be healed enough to keep them unwrapped and able to swim on the Tortola cruise. I know that's six months away....but this is a very slow process. After almost two years.....I'm getting real tired of all this.![]()

Hi everybody . . .
I know I have been gone for quite a while. Many of you heard about my brother, and I thought I would share this article that was in our local paper today.

He was elected to the Ohio Speech Coach Hall of fame, and we went to the ceremony today in Cincinnati. While he is still very weak, and walking with a cane, it is still a miracle that he is still with us.
Not a whole lot more to update. Work is still a tough, Amy and I got Kindles when the new one came out as an Anniversary gift (a bit early), and Sophia is at a slumber party tonight so I had some time to sit and surf.
I hope you are all well, and that this awful economy has not burdened you too much. I sure miss talking to everyone, but it seems that life is so busy now, I barely have time to think anymore.
We'll be there ready to have the best time ever!
I need to know what this means EXACTLY
Very nice story and it's very pleasing to read such a positive outcome after everything he's gone through.
congrats to you and your brother.
And don't be a stranger!

Nice trip report Monica. I really want to go to Rome and the Vatican and over to Pompeii as well. That just helped whet my appetite. We've been to Milano (hated it) and Venezia (absolutely loved and want to go back), but that is it.
Hmmm maybe I should cancel next week's trip to DL and save the money for a trip to Europe again ...
You may be too straight laced but Shannon would have a great time.
