So I'm trying to take pictures of my pictures, but it's taking a long time because the batteries in my camera died, but it I shut if off for a while and turn it back on it gives me enough juice to take one picture. I'm doing this one by one. :rotfl2: I might have to wait until I can buy batteries tomorrow because I can't find my charger for the rechargeable ones.

Some moms would think it is bad to let their son where flip flops with a tux :lmao: :lmao:

ok you do have a valid point there I have to agree, but my son loves me for it. (and they changed the damn smilies again :scared1:

I would have loved to be on the edge :sad2: They said Brooke was normal and Ethan was under weight. I wonder what they consider normal and over weight. I don't think Ethan is a small boy.

come on Ethan is skinny you know that don't ya :confused3

Oh my gosh, I'm glad everybody's OK. I'm sure the baby is fine too, it has all that padding around it for protection. :thumbsup2
How awful and scary though. :grouphug:

couldn't have said it better. In my prayers Lisa

and now I'm going to find those dang high school pictures and I'm drinking a rum and coke (malibu) man I love them :rolleyes1

So Tyler was laughing at me today while I was doing my workout video. The little turd was saying, "Oh, that's easy." This, coming from the kid who gets mad when he has to do 10 jumping jacks in karate class. Between huffing and puffing, I told him he can't say that because he's never done it. Well, after I was finished, he put the DVD back in and said, "My turn!" He only lasted about 5 minutes before telling he it's hard and she's crazy. :rotfl2:

Maybe that's what she wants:scared1: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Ya, what she said.

I tried taking pictures of my pictures and it is saying the same thing it said when I tried to scan. Something about the USB.

Oh I forgot to tell everyone. Yesterday at the skating rink Brooke made me fall. I couldn't get back up so I had to crawl to the side :scared1:

Shaelyn has to bring a food dish to Brownies (Girls Scouts) next week from her ancentry. Most of her great-great grandparents were from Scotland and England. Any suggestions on an easy food to take for kids? I was thinking shortbread.

Okay break time is over. I want this floor done before 7pm.

I love SHORTBREAD!!

Ethan weighs 73. How much does Wil weigh?

Wow, Tyler weighs almost that and he's younger than Ethan. He's 66. But he's on the overweight side on the BMI chart and his doctor said he's just on the edge of the weight were he could start having weight related health problems. And he was 64 pounds when she said that. :guilty: I haven't checked where he is on the BMI chart since he hit 66, so he might be over the overweight section. :guilty:

Well, not a way that parents dress their children, but there is a growing 'trend' for young girls to go out in their pajamas. There was a whole thread on a UK board about it. They didn't mean the quick trip to the garbage bin etc, they meant girls in their PJ's, Ugg boots, short jackets, orange fake tans, full make up and hair done, going off to the malls!!! Seems it is very fashionable.:sad2:

Sorry about your pain and bad night Michelle. You could do with getting to a warm place for a while.

My nieces dress that way... so do I but I don't go out in public that way... :rolleyes1

Blame Canada.

I can't... I'm part Canadian... or maybe I can... :rolleyes1

Hey Ken, there are just very few people I can talk to about this. You should be flattered that I PM'd you.

Sukie doesn't understand toasters (how do they "know" when the toast is ready) and things like scanners and fax machines.

I had thought you might be able to use your Garmin. In fact I thought you were already doing it.

I might be popping for the Amod later today. I have really become intrigued because of iPhoto '09 and Places.

Regarding a Mac ... Hmmm. There are still rumors (rumours) that a Quad Core is coming out this spring, except it might be in the 24" iMac and not the 20". It is also rumored (rumoured) that it will cost the same as current 24" iMacs. The 20" are rumored (rumoured) to continue to have the Duo Core.

I suspect that they might be timing it with the release of their next version of the OS, called Snow Leopard.

Snow Leopard will not have very much that is visible to the user, but under the covers will have BIG performance improvements and be able to really utilize the Quad Core. It will deliver HUGE performance boosts (over the already peppy OS).

However, a Quad Core really only becomes valuable (or so I think) for processing intensive tasks, like video rendering, graphics manipulation, and other higher end tasks.

Sukie has my older, not under warranty anymore, non-Intel based, 20" iMac.

IF, Apple comes out with new machines, the plan (not based on any sort of financial reality) is to transition Sukie to my 20" Duo Core, and get myself a 24" Quad Core.

Huh???

My dear, that is not a stroller.

THAT is what is known in the scientific community as a contraption.

:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

It's hard to tell. None of the boys had bows or wigs.

Ohhhh KEN.... we need help here...

Still back a few pages, but I think we should have a CAPTION CONTEST for this photo!

"You want to put a pink wig on who???" :rotfl:

Ethan weighs 73. How much does Wil weigh?

Gretcehn is almost 13 and she did weigh 75 before she got so sick last week. Now, she weighed herself and she is down to 68 pounds.

She wants to grow so much....and of course I love her so little...and that makes her so MAD!!

My doctor always says that they should weigh 10 times there age. So Ethan should weigh 80 and Brooke should weigh 60. She doesn't weigh that much but she says the normal size jeans are too tight, even thought they fit her. I think every kid is different, just like us.

This stinks. Tyler outgrew his winter boots and of course the stores already took their winter stuff out already. I think it's stupid that they do that because we're only 1/2 way through winter! So now I have to find some online to order. :headache:
