Oh poor Tyler....this is going to be such a hard adjustment for him and they are the ones that don't help him. He'll be on his own.
You are great for wanting to try to help by preparing him even though it's not your responsibility. The poor guy needs to know what to expect and how to deal with difficult times. I pray that he doesn't inadvertently hurt the baby because of the adults' ignorance to his issues. No child should ever have to live with that kind of guilt that Tyler would surely feel. And it won't be his fault. Oh Holly. You have done your best and tried everything to get them to see. They will learn the hard way I'm sure. You really do have to try to help Tyler as much as you can. How hard is that going to be when you won't even be with him when he's around the baby.![]()

I could be over-worrying because after all, it's only 3 nights he's there. I just have a gut feeling though. I think I'm just going to have to bring it up at Tyler's next appointment. After all, the doctor needs to know about things going on in Tyler's life that he might have trouble with.
