HEY EVERYONE...

IAN'S ONLY 27 POSTS AWAY FROM 4000!!!!!

(Ian...it's taken more time for mom to put more miles on her car than that...:rotfl: )

They didnt sell foam earplugs?

Oh yeah, but he actually has something better. He uses my earmuff kind of hearing protection that I used to wear when I worked at the airport outside for UPS. It was still too loud for him.

I suppose there was an "incident" this afternoon, if hitting Sukie with Mrs. Fezziwig counts as an incident.

He drives me nuts because he won't get in the car when we're in the garage, and he stands outside under the tracks. Well today I sort of side-swiped him when I was backing out. He was perfectly OK, or was until I backed up over him a few times.

(Just kidding, about the backing up over him).

---------------------------------------------------

I must be in a good mood today, because I was acting out at the shopping center.

For the life of me, I don't know why people stare at Sukie so much. He looks perfectly ordinary to me. It wasn't as if he was even TRYING to attract attention to himself. Believe me, there's a big difference.

For some reason every time I caught a guy staring at him, I would point and say in a fairly loud stage whisper, "Look! He thinks you're hot!"

Quite frankly it's a miracle we make it home in one piece from our little shopping excursions.

HE'S BACK......

Now that's the Ian we know and love... not the frozen bundled head to toe stressed out semi human this winter has turned you into... the weather MUST have been ice for you to be so witty... :goodvibes :goodvibes

The name of our gas company is, "People's Gas."

What were they thinking when they named that utility?

I think when I lived in LaSalle/Peru we had People's Gas. Also I worked at People's hospital.......maybe run by the same people ?:rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

I'm hungry because I forgot to eat supper. While Tyler ate his, I was trying to hurry up and put together my new pink vacuum before we needed to leave to go see the trucks. Too tired to eat now though. Headed to bed....Goodnight all! :cloud9:

HONESTLY!!!! you guys are just so special!!!!:flower3:

Ohhhh we're so jealous of your trip... when are you going and are you staying at Marilyn's house??? I hear they have room from May into June...

oh, yeah, I suppose she's going to be HERE and we'll be THERE!!!!! just our luck....oh, well, maybe we'll change our plans.....after all, we have NO airplane tickets, and so far, NO ONE to stay here at our house to care for Patrick.....lots to plan......:hyper:

Oh, and I'm going to TV shop a bit. Won't buy until next weekend probably, and I think I've decided on the one I want, but just want to look a bit more just in case. I can't wait! It will be so nice to have a clear picture (my current old clunker has one green and one orange vertical stripe right next to each other a bit left of center screen, so it's VERY distracting). Not getting a giant TV, just 27inch, but that will be much better than my 19inch. :thumbsup2

I've been TV shopping as well. Mom wants my "regular" TV from my computer room because it has DVD and VHS built in. She got a Sylvania 32" Flat screen with DVD player at BJ's wholesale for $460. It's nice. Now I need to shop for a tv to replace the one in my computer room. Not sure what I want. I would like a 1080 resolution. the one mom got is 720 resolution. I am learning.....

Well, finally, I've had a look at the May park hours are up - on here, not the Disney site!
Ah well, I guess our daughter and family will enjoy it just the same as they have nothing to compare it with, just the Paris parks.

The Wishes fireworks have always been scaled back in the winter. I really can't remember when they start doing them every night again......

When are you going back to England?

I don't care where we meet. We can even have a cook out at our house!!!

I really think some people add "friends" just for the sake of getting more and more "friends" on their list. I have a few that I went to high school with that sent me a friend request, but I don't remember having much more of a conversation with other than "can I borrow your eraser". I accepted their request simply because - well I didn't really care and if they want to look like they have lots of friends, then so be it. No skin off my back. But I do get a chuckle when I get a request from someone I barely remember or were simply a face in the crowd in the grad photo ...

I graduated with 2000 people so I don't remember anyone. A girl just found me on facebook that was on my cheer squad and I didn't remember her. It was funny because she found me to tell me that she lost a lot of weight. I told her I gained it all :rotfl2:

It is kind of funny, but I think I'll just ignore. I only joined it to be able to catch up with everybody from our cruise, but was happy to reconnect with some friends who've moved to other states. :thumbsup2 And my childhood best friend, we met when I was 4 and stayed super close until our early 20s when we had a falling out over a guy, we've slowly been trying to rebuild the friendship for about 5 years, well, her little brother just sent me a friend request a couple of days ago. She and I used to terrorize him like crazy when we were kids! :rotfl2: He turned into a very handsome guy! :goodvibes He never married, but had an "oops" like I did with Tyler, and he's now dad to a 1 or 2 year old.

That's the good side of FaceBook! :thumbsup2

So are you dating now?

disappointment morning here....Paul's mom called yesterday and made a date with Molly for a beading class for this morning. Well she called about an hour ago and told me that she didn't know where Dick (FIL) went and we'd have to do it again another day. I suspect she had been drinking, as it sounded so in her voice. Molly of course was let down again. I had to call Paul to tell him (he is working at a coffee shop) and he is mad and wants to confront her, but it's a lost cause. I'm thinking that I might start keeping a log, so that everyone (well us at least) can see how often she agrees to stuff, even creates events and then fails to come for them...so sad and hard to explain to a child :sad2:

Sorry Molly but unfortunately life is hard and I think this is an opportunity to teach about how she should treat people :sad1:

she says to send you  and :flower3:

I asked her if she was sad and she said, nope, she nevers expects Grandma to come thru with what she says. Such a sad thing for a kid to feel. It makes me so sad and mad at MIL :furious:

I hate it when the kids are sad and I hate it more when they aren't sad about things they should be sad about :sad1:

OMG I am so mad I just have to vent....and vent.....and probably vent some more. John is so selfish. Every freaking day he makes sure he has some time for himself. Even on Thursday, so he didn't miss working out he brought the girls to me at work at 4pm. Tonight, I have been home all day while he is working (which, with these two girls, working is sometimes a vacation) he comes home and it is the fantasy football party - I want to go to dinner, his compromise was let's go haev a few and then go to dinner.....NO I didn't want to go. So he went. and thinks we will go out to dinner around 9 when he gets home.

I am so frustated. I take and pick up the girls...he never offers, I have to beg him to do it. Next week softball starts and I said look I need me time, so he offered to pick them up T and T when he will then turn around and play softball so he can still work out m and f and close w....gee way to make it to his advantage.

sorry. I am just over it.

I'm sorry V. I hate being a nag and so I don't say anything but I'm afraid I will explode someday and it won't be good. I hope you're not really over it.

See how hot:lovestruc :lovestruc :lovestruc

When we first started dating.

This is strange and amazing. Venetia you look different. Bubba you have the same facial expression :rotfl2:

That is sad. Probably too late now, but can you take Molly to a beading class to sort of make her feel better? My dad & stepmom often do this to Tyler too. They'll tell him on the phone that they'll come visit the following weekend, and then they don't or change their plans. They've said in the past, "Oh, he won't remember we told them we'd come". WRONG. He sure does and counts down the days. :sad2: I had to tell him quite a long time ago that some people just have a hard time doing what they say, and although it's just not fair, we just have to remember that about Grandpa & Grandma Bea and not get excited about plans with them until we know it's going to happen. In fact, he will sometimes flat out ask them "Are you SURE?" when they make plans to visit and he'll tell them "because sometimes you don't show up". :rotfl2: I'm glad he says this to them because they need to realize that he already has them figured out.

YOU GO TYLER!!! :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

:rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:
Oh my gosh, you totally crack me up! But maybe that's the real reason they're staring at Sukie, and you're really trying to run him over out of jealousy! ;)

No? Oh, well, I tried. :rotfl:

With Mrs. F... would Sukie even feel getting run over??? I know with a Hummer he'd be a speed bump... :confused3
