We are running into major roadblocks booking our resort stay for our October trip for many reasons that I won't delve into here. Right now it looks like we will have to book a split reservation for a 2 bedroom that would have us moving rooms on our MNSSHP day. Which wouldn't be a problem if we didn't have a toddler who absolutely needs to get a good nap before the party!

Please reassure me... Do we have a fairly good chance of having our reservation combined and not actually having to move rooms? What has been your experiences? I really don't even care about having to book a 2 part reservation, just that we would be having to move on the absolute WORST possible day of the whole trip!!

Hi. I just returned on Tuesday from a 2-week stay at WBC. I don't think that you will have a problem staying in the same room as long as your split reservations are for the same type of room.

When I rented from an owner my reservations were in 4 parts since I was checking in on a Tuesday and checking out 2 weeks later on a Tuesday. WBC was great. They merged my reservations and I stayed the full 2 weeks in the same room. They even cleaned the room after the first week.

We were there ten nights this past May and were worried also. We did not have to move and when I asked about it at check in the CM looked at me like I was crazy, saying they always try to keep people in the same room if at all possible, as it makes it easier on them as well as the guests.

Thank you both for sharing your experiences! Definitely a relief to hear. I know of course there is always a possibility we could have to move. I am going NUTS waiting to be able to book this room, and when I saw that we could possibly have to move on our party day, that was just the final straw. So hopefully it will not be an issue and we can stay in the same room.
