I managed to get a 4br Presidential unit for our upcoming trip in March off e-bay. However my week is split in to 2 ressies. Sunday to Friday, then Friday to Sunday. I questioned the owner if I would have to check in twice..he said no, we would be in the same room.

I called WBC to confirm the ressie and see if we could remain in the same room without moving. I was told that it is not guaranteed.

Anyone have experience with this? I called a 1-800 number. Should I call the resort itself? There is an e-mail on the confirmatiion letter, should I e-mail them? Any advice would be appreciated:flower3: This is our first time off site and first time at WBC.

There is no guarantee that you will not have to change rooms.
That said the resort does everything possible to make sure you do stay in the same room. Remember it is a pain and an expense for them to have you change rooms.

I do split reservations many times and only once have I had to change rooms. Unlike a hotel, it's a bit harder for timeshare resorts to manage inventory in less than 7 day blocks of time.

I will also say that I have never called and requested to not have to change rooms, because I know that the resort makes it a priority and if it's possible it will be done.

Thank you! I did not realize it was a split reservation until I received a confirmation from the seller. It was listed on e-bay as 7 nights, nothing was mentioned of the stay being split in two.

Just hoping we don't have to pack up and move for the last two nights.

Does anyone know if I need to provide a credit card # upon checkin? The room is paid for and we do not plan on charging anything to the room.

Thanks!

We had split reservation and did not move. No you don't need to provide a cc. Enjoy!!!! Its a lovely resort!

We stayed at Bonnet Creek this past May, again in Sept, then again in Dec. Our May and Sept trip was under two different reservations and our Dec trip had three different confirmation numbers. We did not have to change rooms during any of those trips.
