I just received a rate for Feb. for a one bedroom at WBC. I have always stayed on site or in a hotel and am nervous about making the wrong decision. I've done time shares other places and enjoyed them...just not in Disney area. We are only planning to do Disney a couple of days and the other days we just want to relax and hopefully enjoy the weather. Is there enough to do at WBC for a few days without leaving the resort? I have one young teen daughter who loves the water. Would love some feedback. Thanks in advance!

There are a few things on property. The resort has several pools, lazy rivers, and 2 water slides.

There is also a mini golf course, and an activity center with pool tables, ping pong, and board games.

Your room has a DVD player, and you can rent movies from the activity centers as well.

The staff in the Activity centers also have events planned thruout the week. They could be things like an outdoor movie, Ice Cream Social, Arts and Crafts, or a pool tournament.

I'm thinking it would be easy to find ways to relax and have fun onsite for a day or two easily by finding the activites they have planned during the week and coordinating with your interests.

She'll really have to love the water. It could be very cold in February.

So true!:rotfl::rotfl: However, sometimes it can also be warm in Feb. Maybe the OP will get lucky. We took our then 3 1/2 y/o grandson to WDW in early Feb 2012. Thinking it might be cold, I only packed one swimsuit for each of us. Big mistake! It was warm every day we were down there and my GS insisted on swimming every day (he loved the serpent slide at POFQ, so I spent alot of time standing off to the side at the bottom of that thing every day we were there with him screaming 'catch me nana, catch me" as he came down the slide:rotfl:). I am a true blood southern gal, who hates cold weather. Beleive me if it had been cold, there is no way I'd been in that pool, no matter how much I love my grandson.:rotfl::rotfl:
