WBC confirmation letters?

I booked through Vacation Strategy and will be calling tomorrow, but I might be able to get an answer faster through you.

I received in the mail several confirmation letters directly through Club Wyndham. Do I need to be concerned the person's name who is the deed owner (I'm assuming) isn't VS people? I know they offer to rent them out through other people. Just curious. Also, since there are multiple confirmation numbers, will I be expected to change rooms? I think there is one letter missing also because I didn't get it for the beginning of the trip.

When I rented it was only for 5 nights, so I only had 1 confirmation that was emailed to me. It only had my name on it. I called the resort and confirmed I was in there for the nights i paid for, they did not ask me for the letter when I checked in.

I rented in the past from another person and the confirmation letter i received again in email had the owners name AND my name on it.

I would call the resort to make sure you are in the system and ask about changing rooms.....I would think they would just leave you where you are....but I have not stayed there that long. Also, if you are missing a confirmation give Vacation Strategy a call or email.

same thing here. Our confirmation (May 23 to June 2nd) has 2 confirmation #'s. I called WBC directly. We do not need the owners name. We were in their system and confirmed. I was told that we do not have to change rooms. I also spoke with Vacation Strategy and they gave me the owners name but again the folks at WBC say it is not necessary. I dont expect any issues. Cant wait to get there

I called WBC to confirm and they said ... your name is what they have in their system and use to comfirm reservation ... and their answer to if possible to not change rooms = no problem ... let them know and that is what they would like also = no room change ... with all the emails being sent back and worth ... I have found a phone call = the best result (when approaching vacation dates) ... likely because they are dealing with a bunch of people.
