I've never paid more than $120/night for a 2 bedroom from Vacation Upgrades. I always thought Vacation Strategies was even cheaper, so I'm surprised they quoted you almost $200/night!
That does still seem kinda high. I have never paid more than $100 per night for a 2 bedroom in Sept/Oct (thats low season). We are going this year May 21st to May 31st and we are paying $120 per night thru Vacation Strategy for a 2 bedroom. This will be our 3rd time using them - they will match lower priced quotes and you cant beat their cancellation policy. Just my 2 cents

Oh yes. I forgot about Columbus Day holiday. That would definitely make a difference. Truth is I would be willing to pay more to stay at Bonnet Creek..we love it that much. Its affordable and we have yet to have a bad experience there.
