Mine:
HS - replace the areas currently used by at least one of the stunt shows and the Studio Backlot Tour with Indiana Jones and Cars rides similar to those in California Adventure. Update at least parts of the Great Movie Ride. Have at least one new dark ride attraction that guests of all ages can enjoy (perhaps a Shrek-themed ride) to draw at least some crowds away from TSM.
AK - scrap the Avitar thing and instead have a land for every continent. Each continent would have at least one ride attraction and nature trail (Africa's and Asia's rides and nature trails are already done, altough I would have made Kali River Rapids more like Grizzly River Run and had that be the ride attraction for North America). South America could be in the current location of Dinoland (Dinosaur could be replaced by some kind of Amazon rainforest jungle themed attraction), Australia could be in the FOLK/camp Minnie-Mickey area, Europe could be to either the Northeast or Southwest of Africa (maybe with its own version of Matterhorn Bobsleds) and North America could be West of Asia. The Discovery Island area would largely remain the same (maybe add a table service restaurant here).
I'm not suggesting that these would be economically viable ideas for Disney, just mentioning these as more or less my pipe dreams for how I wish things were.
