Once you book your vacation and pay the deposit. You can call daily if you want and make payments. As long as you finish paying the vacation 45 days prior to arrival. Unless, you do a room only reservation. Then you dont have to pay it off till your day of arrival.

As a pp mentioned, there are only so many ways you can pay for your WDW vacation. When you make your booking you must pay for your deposit at that time (either the equivalent of one night's stay for a room only booking or $200 for a vacation package). After that you can call and make any interim partial payments that you want to make. If you have a vacation package you must pay the remaining balance by the 45day mark before your vacation begins. If you have a room only booking, the balance is due when you check in.

Is that the information you were wanting? Or were you looking at forms of payment- credit card, debit card, gift cards, etc.?

Once you have your reservation booked, you can log in to the Disney site-(when it decides to work)-and make partial payments using Credit Cards, Gift Cards, Chase Rewards dollars...
That part of the site isn't the most efficient web pay portal, but it works sometimes.

Let us know if you have other Qs! (If you haven't done so already, you should probably book some dining reservations asap.)

We traveled to WDW in January 2012 and we had free dining, so don't totally discount it yet.

From this year and what's put out so far for 2014 it is very unlikely.
