Ways to get FOTL?

I know you get it when staying at the hotels. I've heard you can purchase vouchers (for each ride once), is this true? If so how much is this and where is it purchased? Are there any other options?

It's called the Express Plus pass and the cost varies depending on the time of year and how busy the parks. I think it is between 15.00 and 35.00 per park. There are also free express passes that are available during the busier times of the year.
