Way to get best on property rate for one night?

I have just learned that I need one night's hotel at the beginning of my stay (long timeshare swap story). I thought I would give one of these hotels a try and avail myself of FOTL ability for once. I would appreciate any advice about booking and/or codes/special discounts for these hotels. I am a AAA member and have the Entertainment and Fan Club cards, but will not be purchasing annual passes.

Also, just a short question about FOTL... would this be available from the first thing in the morning the day you check in until park closing on the day you check out? How does this work please?

You would get FOTL starting I believe 7:00am the day of check in until park closing the check out date. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm not sure if there is a minimum # of nights required for a discount.

I was able to book the $110 Entertainment rate for a one night stay at RPR on June 24. The Entertaiment rate was better than the Fan Club rate ($146) or AAA rate ($167).

Just call 1 800 BE A STAR and ask for the rates of all the cards you hold and grab one if ya can! Entertainmant rate will be the best if available.

Thanks I got an Entertainment rate of $155 for a garden view room. That seems a lot higher than many quotes I've seen listed on this board, but it is a Saturday in summer....

Which hotel at $155 a night? Hotelkingdom has RP at $134.25 per night, standard view in August.

I'm sorry. I thought I included the hotel which is Portofino. I could not get either of the other two for my night.

I think you should be thrilled with 155/night at PBH. I think that is a pretty low rate for that hotel. It is beautiful and you will love it. Big rooms too.

I tried everything to get a discount at HRH for June26 for one night. The reservation person was wonderful..did AAA, entertainment, fanclub and couldn't get below 229.00 for the night. I finally went to travelhero.com and got HRH for 183.00. Wish I had some of the above prices! Oh well!
