I do not have a visa or mastercard, becouse im studing, so my bank do not want to give me one..

I've never had a problem using my Visa Electron card within DLRP. I'm not sure if they will accept payments over the phone by Visa Electron however I have used it in the resort if that helps at all.

I booked my forthcoming trip over the phone and used an electron card. I had my normal card there as back up, just in case but it was fine
