I heard about this morning on the radio and forgot until now. This almost makes me want to cry. What a special dad this kid has. It's the sweetest thing.

Not to go OT, but I get sad when I see things like this. It makes me realize I married the wrong person.

My husband is the most boring person on the face of the earth. I grew up always laughing and smiling. I could not get enough of stand up comedy because I love to laugh. When I see guys out there doing things like this, I realize I am not living the life I should be living. Growing up, my dad was a mean drunk...but when he was sober he could be witty and was good for a practical joke or two.

Anyway...great story and maybe in my next life, I will have a husband like this.
