I have the 2 mile WATP Express "walk strong" tape. It doesn't have any ab work. It uses a stretchie band for resistance, and has 3 walking sessions and 3 "strength" sessions. The walking sessions are standard WATPs with minimal arm work. The strength sessions include squats and lunges for the legs, and bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, chest presses, and rows.
Have you looked at your library to see if they have any of the titles for you to try out?
