I've read so many great things about WATP, that I thought it would be the perfect thing to do in between my Curves workouts. Unfortunately, there seem to be SO MANY different versions out there! Does anyone have a specific one that they love? I don't think that I really need to use weights or bands, since these are supposed to be my recovery days from Curves.
My plan is to Curve on MWF, and WATP on T,Th,Sa. Hopefully this will help me towards my goal of getting ready for the Half Marathon!
