After 3 days at BC and then the 4 day cruise, we will have 2 more nights at POR in a waterview room. Please let me know if I should request a certain area for our room. Any other request suggestions?

Thanks, Linda

You may want to request specifically a riverview room. A room with a waterview may mean the window just overlooks a swimming pool. Maybe someone here knows which rooms have the nice river views. I'm sure the CM at the front desk when you check in will know. Enjoy! :sunny:

I agree, suggest a riverview because sometimes you will get a view of the pool as a water view unless you would like a view of the pool of course. I recently stayed in Oak Manor in a waterview room and had a wonderful view of the river. It was soo beautiful and wasn't too far from the quiet pool, the main pool or the main building. I'm sure that any room in any of the buildings that have a river view would be just wonderful!! I would suggest looking at some pictures online to see if the mansions or the aligator bayou are more your style because they are very different. Check out wdwig.com The Mansions are like plantion homes on the mississippi river and are more elegant, while the aligator bayou rooms are very rustic looking, the aligator bayou rooms are the ones with the trundel bed though so if you need that you would need to request to stay there. Good luck and have a great time!!
