Waterproof/warm working gloves

My DH manages a car wash. With it getting closer to colder weather, I am looking for waterproof gloves that will keep his hands warm and still thin enough that he can work in them. Anyone have any recommendations??

No specific recommendations, but the insulated neoprene gloves will probably work. Check amazon.

My son is a farmer and uses gloves like these ones.
I am a birder and needed gloves for when I clean out my bird bath and feeders in the winter and I bought the womens version of these gloves. They are awesome! Light-weight but warm and waterproof!
