Any suggestions for some kind of pouch of bag that I could slip a large purse or backpack into so it doesn't get wet? I have a backpack I'm going to use but don't want it to get wet... Looking for something lightweight and inexpensive I can put the backpack/purse into.

Thanks :)

I take one of the XL Ziploc bags folded up in the back of my Baggalini. When we go on water rides, or if it rains, I slip my bag in that and use the carry handles on the Ziploc to tote it around

Might be a bit "goofy", but I travel with a smallish backback in which I simply carry a large ziplock bag. When I enjoy a wet ride, I simply slip the whole backpack in the ziplock and all is good. :thumbsup2

Those XL ziploc bags. If you can't find them, just toss a grocery store type bag (or one of the larger Disney Park plastic bags from one of the shops) in there to use in case of rain.

Personally, I just carry a couple of regular gallon and quart size bags and put my electronics and my walllet in those inside the backpack. The stuff inside the backpack doesn't get saturated/soaked on the water rides if thats your concern. And if you are in the park during rain, you can just put on a poncho that covers your backpack.

Garbage Bag.

Small light weight. The only ride that comes close to really maybe getting your bag wet is Kai River Rapids and they have a center compartment to keep your stuff dry but I wouldn't trust it.

SM may splash it a bit.

Another vote for Ziploc bags! I have found them to work great at Disney and other parks as well. I live by Cedar Point and this summer I went on Thunder Canyon (which is essentially Kali River Rapids)....I didn't have a purse with me and put my phone in a Ziploc bag in my pocket. Needless to say I was the "unlucky" one who got completely drenched by every waterfall. My phone was perfectly safe when I got off the ride.

I agree with the ziploc bags. I even carry them when I go to sporting events or even outdoor festivals when it has even 10% of rain. I usually carry more electronics than anything else so I try to make sure I have something to put them in, just in case. They can also come in handy for putting other things in when out and you decide not to do a water ride or there is no rain. I once ended up putting purchases in mine to carry around instead of juggling multiple bags since it had a handle.

Look in the camping section. There are several waterproof backpack covers in there.

Ziplock makes up to five gallon bags. Totally big enough for my backpack.

On the days I carried my VB cloth purse I put everything IN the purse inside of bagies and though my purse got wet, everything inside was just fine.

Actually they make up to 20 gallon bags, although I can't imagine needing one that big.
