Waterford Lakes TownCenter Mall?

Can anyone tell me about this Mall? How far from the DW resorts is it approximately? Is it worth a trip there? I kind of like the sound of it since it has quite a few children clothing stores and it also has a Super Target there. Since we don't drive in the U.S. this might be great for a one stop shopping trip. We will be spending another day shopping at Florida Mall, so I'm not too worried if it doesn't have all the great stores I need.

I live about 5 minutes from Waterford Lakes and shop there about every other day. Everything is outdoors, it is not a typical mall so I try to go when it is not super hot out!! It has some great stores, Bombay, Kirklands, Mikasa, etc and the Super Target is huge! Everyone who comes to visit me loves to go there, it is very big with a pretty good assortment of stores. I still like to go to the mall for my clothes so I think as long as you also hit the Florida Mall, you should be all set.

Kerrie, thanks for the reply. It sounds like a good place to visit. Is Mall of Millenia close to it? We will be going in November so I'm not worried about the heat

Waterford Lakes is on the opposite side of Orlando from Disney. I live near there and it is 35 miles to WDW from my house and can often take 45 minutes to one hour. I think that you could surely find comparable shopping closer to Disney!
