I hate carrying anything when traveling an have invested a fair amount of money into lightweight purse/satchel which I use all the time. This trip I think I want to have a water bottle for each if us but I don't want to be stuck with carrying them all the time. How do you secure your bottles when in the parks? Is there such thing as a belt that I can attach to hubby?

I use a carabiner and attach it to the strap of my purse. You could also attach to a belt loop.

There are such things as water bottle carriers that have a belt loop on it. REI or some outdoor goods store should have them.

My husband uses a fanny pack with a water bottle slot on the side..
My backpack has a side netting for bottles but for easier access I use a carabiner and I hook it to the strap of my backpack..

I have a friend who uses a camelback backpack. It holds her water (and a fair amount of it!), plus some small items like her annual passport and keys, etc.

You can get a cup if ice water anywhere if u ask fir it, so we never took a water bottle

I hate carrying everyone's water bottles too! DD got smart, and bought a Mickey stainless steel water bottle that came with a neoprene sleeve with a cross-body carrying strap. She bought it at the Disney Store for under $10. *Love* not having to worry about her water bottle now!

I hate the water in Anaheim (even the filtered water tastes "thick" to me), so we just pour our bottled water into our water bottles.

I purchased a water bottle 'bag' for the last half I walked. It was really nice because it didn't weigh anything by itself, went flat when empty and had a built in mini-carabiner clip. They do make drinking a little challenging, similar to a juice box or Capri sun, but I liked it.

Here's a link to something similar: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00AMPV7NC?vs=1

Have fun on your trip!

Amazon has all kinds of bottle holders. I just purchased some with a rubber ring on a carabiner for myself and my 3 friends for about $9....
