Water Taxi from FQ to Magic Kingdom?

I am asking for a friend. She said the CM told her there is a water taxi from the French Quarter to the Magic Kingdom and Downtown Disney. I only thought it went to DD. Can anyone who has been there recently clear this up? Thanks!

As you can see the waterways only start at POR(listed under the old name of Dixie landing on this map) go to POFQ and then to DTD.

The boat from POR and POFQ does not go to any of the parks. That would be wonderful, but as of now the only way to get to and of the parks from the moderates is by highway, ie. bus or your own transportation.

That would be correct the boat from POR and POFQ only goes to DD.
