My last visit was in January when the air temps did not reach 60 degrees, and I rode both DDR and JPRA (Popeye was closed) with a poncho and while I took a barrage of water to the face on each, it was not unpleasant in the slightest. The ponchos really helped and the water wasn't miserably cold or anything.
Speaking of JPRA, I rode on a completely full boat in the back row, left corner and I've never been hit by so much water on that ride before. Just felt like someone threw a giant bucket of water right in my face.
