Water (rides and rain) questions

We'll be there this weekend Sat - Tue. We're staying at HRH Sun - Tue but are offsite on Saturday. We'll have APs. Have never been to Orlando in November and my other trip to UO was gorgeous dry weather (March). Some questions for those with more experience:

Sunday is showing a 90% chance of rain. Are there any rides that typically shut down in poor weather? Which park would be the better bet on a rainy day? not planning on EE for Sunday if that makes a difference. Any tips for staying if not dry at least comfortable? Bringing an umbrella and ponchos for sure...

We definitely want to ride all of the water rides. Since we'll have express pass, I'd like to ride them all right in a row either at the end of the day OR bring a change of clothes. With the shorter park hours, leaving and coming back doesn't seem to be a good choice... Are there lockers in that part of the park? Are the water rides fairly close together? It being November, will we freeze getting from one to the other soaking wet? How to keep express pass dry? Everything else can go in the locker...

TIA

There are 3 water rides in IoA. Dudley Do Right and Bluto's River Barge which are close-by in the Toon Lagoon section and then the Jurassic Park River Ride which is the next section over.

Great, sounds like they are pretty close together. I didn't trust my memory on that. Any lockers in that area?

Totally close together! I don't remember lockers in that area, but wasn't looking as we rode them at the end of the day. We went over to One Fish Two Fish on our way out and had fun on that again (there's some water squirting during that ride too). We each had a lanyard that sealed shut. Kept our park tickets and Express Passes in them and they stayed dry as a bone :) and, now I have a Griffyndor keychain!

As far as I know there are still a lot of rides that operated during rain. There are a lot inside (MIB, transformers, Spider-Man, two HP rides, Simpsons, Twister, Minions, Shrek, ET...just off the top of my head). To me, there seems to be more at Universal than IOA.

I'd save the locker money and do water rides at the end of the day.

if you don't want to get wet and it's pouring, the studios have more rides inside instead of out.

We want to get wet but only on the rides, lol. Personally, I don't mind the rain as long as I have my umbrella or a hat. Ponchos are great for keeping clothes dry but I hate having the rain in my face. Since we have express pass I'm hoping most of our wait times will be indoors.

What's the queue like at Gringots and for HE? Is it all inside or also out? IIRC FJ was an indoor wait except for maybe one area??? Can't recall if that was covered or not.

HE is all inside at DA, there is a small outside part at Hogsmeade, but I would imagine the wait would have to be incredibly long to be at that point.

Gringotts is about half and half, but most of the outside part is covered. There is some that isn't covered, but even with waits in the 120 minute range, that part wasn't being used.

And, as far as I remember when we waited 60 minutes for Forbidden Journey we weren't anywhere near being outside while in line (reserved for longer lines).

There are lockers right outside the Barges. Not sure about the others.

No need to keep the passes dry. Kept mine in my pocket and they worked just fine. And they were dry by morning ;)
