Typhoon Lagoon.... the site lines are easier to keep track of your kids. Although, if you're from Hawaii, I'd imagine the Blizzard Beach theming might be of greater interest than a tropical one. EIther one is great! Enjoy!

We were there last March and had highs in the '80's. As for which park, that's a toughy. Both have wonderful theming. We love BB for all the slides. But the wave pool at TL is awesome and unlike any other, the slides aren't as great, but the new one will be wonderful. (I've ridden one just like it at Schlitterbahn here in TX). I guess if I HAD to choose 1, I would go with TL.
