Water Play Areas in Park

I’m assuming the answer is no but does anyone know if the water features like at Epcot or Magic Kingdom are open to play? Thanks!

Yeah no all around for those right now. At least any where you can directly interact with that water like the Dumbo area.

So why are water features in the parks closed but splash pads at resorts are open? Does it have something to do with masks getting wet?
