I have been reading up on both US and IoA - they both seem to have a lot of water play areas and some water rides.

How do people with younger children (age 4-10) dress their children? Do you just have them wear regular clothing and let it dry eventually? Do you have them wear a swimming suit while playing in the water area (and either change them to regular clothing when it's done or have them wear the suit all day)? Do you just change their clothing when they're done in the water area? I'm just trying to think ahead to the logistics of our park days and what we will need to bring into the park.

My 10 yr old just gets wet and lets it dry .When she was real little we brought a change of clothes. We don't like bathing suits because they can chafe but ymmv

When we had a stroller we always brought clothes to change for the kids. Now that they are bigger they just dry as they walk around.

Is there a water play area at IOA? I know the Curious George area at US, but I can't really think of anything like that at IOA...maybe the dino area? :confused3

I meant to type an or in my first area since IoA has 3 water rides and apparently you get drenched on one of them.

In IOA, I believe there is a water play area right across from One Fish, Two Fish. There are some interactive play things and then in the very back a water area with fountains and water cannons. My kids like to get squirted by the Mystic Fountain also. And I've always just let them get wet and dry off as we walk around even when they were younger. It kept us cool while waiting in lines. We wear flip flops instead of tennies and socks when we know we're going to ride the water rides as well. They may be a bit less cushiony to walk around in but not much worse that all day in wet socks!!
