Water parks

i dont know if this is the right board for this, but i have a ? about the waterparks. we are going in march our first day is the 17th. we get there that morning. well we were planning on doing universal that day, but i recently saw Typhoon Lagoon is opening just in time for us. i was wondering do you think we should do universal studios or the water park? and if we did a water park do u think we should do Blizzard beach or Typhoon Lagoon? we are traveling w/ 3 teens..13.17.and 19....also would we be able to do the whole water park in a day....we have been 2 disney many many times but have never done a water park.....we have been 2 universal 1, not the 17 yr old...i don't no which one they would like best help!! thanx

Depends on the weather. If it was cool, I'd choose Universal and ride the Mummy over and over again! My favorite water park is Typhoon Lagoon because of the huge waves and the lazy river. They have a new water coaster that's opening sometime, but I'm not sure when. That should be fun. Whichever you choose, you'll have fun. We take two teen boys, 18 yrs and they love Disney, Universal and Typhoon Lagoon. But once you experience a Disney water park, whether it's Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon, you'll be spoiled and hate to go to any other water park because they are so great.

Both water parks are terrific. Guess you'll have to leave that decision up in the air until you get there and see what the weather's like. We went in Jan. and were blessed with 80's the whole week so we did Blizzard Beach.
