I am taking the kids by myself and want to try a water park. I have a 12 yr old and 5 yr old. Which park is better? Are there any water rides they both can enjoy. My 12 ds and 5 dd are far apert in age so that is hard to find things the both enjoy. How much is it for a day? Can you get 4 day hoppers with the plus?
I have never been to either, we usually just go to the parks and use the hotel pool.

You can get the plus options on the 4 day park hoppers. As for which one-- they both are great in their own rights. Personally, I think BB is more for thrill seekers, who would probably be bored w/ most of the slides at TL.

I personally like TL, mostly because of it's theme. It's very tropical. They have the wave pool which DS spent almost a whole day once going back and forth between the wave pool and playing in the sand. The also have the shark reef.

They both have great kiddie areas, however you may or may not visit them depending on your 5 yr old (and how tame or adventerous they are).

I'm sure someone else can give you a better perspective on the plus side of BB.
