Water Parks - Are They Busier on the Weekends?

The newly announced dates of the Food and Wine Festival have me re-jigging our September trip.

Are the water parks busier on the weekends due to local traffic? I'm not aware of any crowd predictor sites that include the water parks. Please let me know if you know of one that includes them.
