Are there any accommodations provided at the water parks for individuals with a DAS?

No as there is no fastpass or alternate entrance at the water parks and the line is often the steps required to get up to the start of the line.

I understand universals new water park is gonna have some sort of wristband system which alllows you to select ride times?? It'll be interesting to see how that works.

Exactly, It pisses me off that water parks do not need comply with the ADA just because they simply choose not to. Suing on of them (preferably Wet-n-Wild) is on my todo list. Gap, I do not know if there is one near you, but we found Great Wolf Lodge to be super accommodating and enjoyable. Lines were not an issue. I was so glad to stumble on it because I LOVE water parks and, with DD in a chair, it was something we had given up.

.
Before you file suit you need to do some research. They are ADA compliant, the problem is that slides are exempt from the ADA. They have the lifts to get into lazy river. The majority of Blizzard Beach attractions are slides and they are exempt from the ADA and I can understand why.
Waiting in Line at the Water parks is so much different

Typhoon Lagoon was built in 1989 before the ADA took effect.
Blizzard Beach was built in 1995, after the ADA came into effect. It has some attractions with lifts, but the ADA does not actually have guidelines for water parks; just pools and fishing/boating piers.

I do not have a problem with the water parks not being accessible to me, and it is just that I can not wait in lines with my disability I have no problem with getting on any of the rides them self. There is a park a little over 2 hours hours from me, where the lines are not that bad 15-20 minute during peak times and shorter if going earlier in the morning. I do not go to this park as Disney is just a little over an hour further and Disney has much more that I like and much better too. you really can not have it all in life so I am happy with no water parks for now.
