I read on another thread about a ticket option for a season pass to just the water parks and disney quest. Has anyone ever heard of that? if so where can I find out more information?

Disney Quest & Water Parks Annual Pass - Good at Disney Quest and both water parks, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon, for one year from date of purchase. Adults: $ 140.58 (with tax), Children 3-9 $ 108.63 (with tax).
