Water park or mini golf?

We are staying at the YC and got a free pass for either one of the water parks or mini golf. Since YC has a large pool area I am thinking mini golf will be fun and it's close to YC. It will be the last week of August, so we will go early. My husband does not have a ticket and I priced a water park ticket and one was $65. This is one of the reasons I am leaning towards mini golf also. Anyone how much minigolf costs?

That's a personal decision, but just my own is that there's not even a comparison (money aside). I'd do the water parks each and every time. Not a golf person at all. A hotel pool is a hotel pool...and yes, I've seen YC pool. Neat, but still a pool. The water parks offer so much more and are an absolute blast.

Mini Golf is loads of fun! The theming is truly great! I suggest going to Winter Summerland. I believe the price is $14 for an adult (without tax)

Mini-golf for an adult will be $14. We prefer the water parks, but that entails traveling to one and spending at least half a day. If you would rather not make the investment in time and money, mini-golf is fun! Fantasia is within walking distance of YC and, in late August, I highly recommend going at right at opening or in the evening as it will get very hot there mid-day. If you go right at opening, you won't risk having to wait (we've experienced waits of up to 30 minutes at Fantasia)

I vote for a world class Disney water park. You can easily spend 3 to 5 hours at a water park and enjoy multiple rides and experiences. Mini golf is not nearly as enjoyable or lasts as long. Plus...........hot temps during August are more enjoyable while wet!

It really depends on your preference, but also when you plan to go. If you want an all-day or half-day activity, the water parks are awesome. Disney's water parks are nicer than any other water parks I've been to. Even staying at Yacht Club we've gone to both water parks, but that's because my son is a water slide lover.

If you just want one extra activity, Fantasia mini-golf is also very nice, but if you're going in summer, I would only go after sunset. We also did this while staying at Yacht Club and liked it. We walked over (15 minute walk) after sunset, and golfed while the Fantasmic music and fireworks were audible and visible from the course. Pretty cool experience.
