Water Park Discounts?

Where do I need to purchase my water park passes to get my discount? Can I do over phone or when I am at Disney?
We are doing a week in July of just relaxing and checking out the water parks.

We got our DVC discount by purchasing tickets directly at the water park. I don't think you can purchase them ahead of time, but I could be totally wrong.

News to me, what s the discount price? Where can I find that info? I can not keep track of what we get and what discounts we do not get. Thanks
