Yes, there is one in Shamu's Happy Harbor and another smaller one in front of Pet's Ahoy theatre.

thank you! is it full out water park swimsuit area, or just extra clothes in the car to change into play area?

It probably depends on how much your child enjoys water, I would take a change of clothes and maybe use a swimsuit for when the child is playing.
