Water parade and Wishes

Where can you go to see the Electric Water Parade? Can you see Wishes from the same area? I am directionally challenged and have no clue where you can see what...............

The MK is of course the best place to see wishes but you can't easily see the water parade from Mainstreet. The beach at the Poly is a good place to see both.

Yes, you can visit the Poly even if you are staying off site. Just hop on the monorail from the MK and get off at the Poly and make your way to the beach. No one will stop you.

We watched the water parade from the dock whilst waiting from the boat to take us from Magic Kingdom to the TTC and it was excellent. We left the park after wishes and then went down to the dock, whlst waiting for the boat we seen the parade coming so we decided to wait in the boarding area rather than getting on the boat and we had a great view of it. We also watched it from the poly - you can either go down to the beach or watch it from the marina. We were staying off property but I think as long as your arent causing any bother they dont mind.

Can you see both from the Grand Floridian? I thought of booking a dinner there and then watching, if possible. Don't like the food offerings at the Poly, so that's not an option.
