Is it that you have to be accompinied by a 18 year old or older with a drivers license and than you can drive it?

My understanding is that you have to be 18 to drive.Minors are only aloud to be a passenger. Have a great trip.

NOTES: Drivers of canopy boats must be 16 years of age. Drivers of pontoon boats must be 18 years of age. Resort ID, driver's license, or passport required. A child 12 years old and above who is at least 5 feet tall may drive a water mouse alone. All drivers under the age of 18 MUST have a parent or legal guardian sign a release. Sorry, no water skiing permitted.

Without a doubt, the most popular rental is the two-passenger Water Mouse. A small speedboat, these are a lot of fun and feel like they go faster than they actually do. Drivers must be at least 12 years old and be at least five feet tall, and there is a weight limit (which I believe is 250 or 300 pounds). They will not allow an adult and 2 small children - each boat is allowed either one person or two people, without exception. The higher the weight, the slower the boat, so I would recommend two adults or teens each get their own Water Mouse if they want to have the most fun.. These rent for $22 (including tax) for 30 minutes, and everyone must wear a life jacket.

I think the current policy,at least for Bay Lake and Seven Seas Lagoon,is that the driver has to be at least sixteen years of age with a valid Driver's License.I am not sure, but I also believe until age eighteen, the driver has to be accompanied by a licensed driver over the age of eighteen. The sea raycer{mouseboats} requirements seem to change periodically and seem to vary from location to location.I would suggest that you call the particular marina you intend to rent from and ask about their requirements.Have fun! :)

You have to be 12 years old and 5 feet tall. It stinks for those short people like me, I'm 14 and I still can't drive one!

Someone please tell me what these boats are and where I can rent one. Sounds like a lot of fun.

But the big question is... (drum roll please)...
...what happens if they catch you trying to sneak onto the old Discovery Island???
