Water bottles? Is the water yucky at DL?

Yeah we're from Oregon and really Hate the water in Disneyland. I suppose if you're used to it (flouride)--it's ok.

I use the crystal light flavor packets and it's just fine. My son who is autistic relies heavily on water bottles we bring and was fine with the nurses staion to fill up. It's good to know about the ice though. Anywhere else you can get the ice free? I've heard all counter restaurants-- but do you have to be a customer there?

Anywhere that has a soda machine will give you ice water, so CS and TS places, just not carts. They only have water and soda bottles for purchase. And, no, you don't have to buy anything to get water. The best (fastest) places to get ice water during busy dining times (if you're not already standing in line to purchase food/drinks) are Hungry Bear in Critter Country or Pizza Oom Mow Mow in DCA - just walk up to the CMs preparing the food trays, or Pizza Port in Tomorrowland - it's cafeteria style, just walk in, make your own cup of ice water and let the CM at the register know it's water as you walk by.

The one exception I've found to this is that the Troubador Tavern didn't have tap water available, only ice. At least that's what the CM told us a few months ago when we wanted water to go with our lunch.
