it seems like you have to
A. buy template from someone online
b. order personlaized labels from a company

It's a little late for most of the gals on this thread.. but it may help someone else! DH2b just made ours and they came out great. He used photo shop, he set the page to be 85.x11 then he made a strip that was 2.5 inches tall by 8.5 wide. In the strip he put a picture of us on one side, the logo in the middle, and the nutrition facts on the right, leaving a little space on the edge. Then he arranged 4 of these on one sheet (just save it once, and copy it into 4 different layers)

It took 2 or 3 trips to staples for test prints. The first time the image was blury, he fixed that up. It printed best when we saved it as a photoshop file and had them open and print it from that. The second time we noticed a few words misspelled. Once we got all the kinks worked out, we printed them on waterproof xerox paper we found at staples for about $13. There were 25 sheets, 4 labels to a sheet, made 100 labels. We chose the laser printing version of the paper, and had staples do the printing. They have had color printing at 39cents for a while, so $9.75 for printing. We'll get the water bottles in florida, and pack a few elmers glue sticks.

It really wasn't too hard, but it did take time and a few trials to get it right. We ended up with 100 labels for less than $25 (including the glue sticks!)

I didn't make my own labels, I had this company make them http://www.myownlabels.com/weddings.asp They make waterbottle labels, beer bottle labels, wine labels, treat bag labels, coasters, and tags. The labels I got looked really professional. :)

Could you post pics of your finished product?

MissKris, if you have photoshop, pm me with your email address I will have DH2b email you the file. To get an idea of what the finished product looks like, DH2b put one up - (*note that this is a .gif file just so you can see it on the web easily, I wouldn't reccomend using .gif for the final product)

There were 4 of these on a page. DH2b says that he actually made the image double the size (17x22) in photo shop, and then had it printed on 8.5x11 so that the image would be really crisp. Take a close look at the barcode, it's our wedding date! He made the "ingredients" special too.

Moonpie - I found that site when I was looking for labels. I was all set on the "Aunt Lorraine" style. Then I saw the prices! It's $20 for the original, and $5 per each additional sheet. There are 5 labels on their sheets, so to get 100 labels it would have been $115 ($20 for the first one and $5 for each of the other 19) It was another $25 to add our photo, which would have brought the total to $140. We are having ~45 people at our wedding, so with 100 labels we can give 2 to each person and have a few left over for us.
