Water Bottle Filters? Where Have You Bought Them?

Hi. I've been looking for those water bottle filters that fit in the normal sized water bottles. I can't find them? Has anyone seen those or where have you bought them?

I'm going in 28 days into the hot and humidity and I really can't drink straight FL water in the parks. (the few times I've gotten nausea was from drinking from the parks fountains)

I bought the Brita water bottles (with built-in filter) at Wal-Mart. However, I understand that not every Wal-Mart carries them, and other people have had a very difficult time finding them. (apparantly they are discontinued by Brita)

We purchased Brita bottles and filters at CVS about 2 weeks ago. We had to check a couple of different stores in order to buy enough.

Do you get nauseous due to the taste, or is there something in the water that truly upsets your stomach? If it really is just taste, then why not buy a box of those little ice tea packets and have yourself a nice bottle of ice tea each time you fill up.....

Incidentally, I tend to have a pretty weak stomach too for bad water. I don't even trust the filter bottles some times. We're gonna either suck it up and purchase as we go (yes, I know, $$$$$$) or try and hit a supermarket the evening of our first day arrival.

We got ours for our trip last week at the Ace Hardware Outlet. They worked out great. We also got those individual crystal light on the go packets which made the water taste pretty good!

The problem with Florida water is the high sulphur content and the smell that goes with it. Also, the water coolers don't get the water cold in the summer.

I looked quickly and didn't see them there. You might want to check Wal-Mart for those since a lot of Wal-Marts still carry for the filters for $3.50 for 2.

We bought the Brita water bottles at Bed, Bath, & Beyond a couple of years ago. It's nice having them in the park in the summer because it was so hot, but they are a pain to carry around.

mommykds--the bottles are quite large, I'm not sure how many ounces they hold, but I'd have to guess around 20-24 ounces. There are drinking fountains all around all 4 parks, I'm sure you could get by with only 2 Brita water bottles.
