Water @ Baby Care Centers?

In many of the reviews/pictures I've seen of the Baby Care Centers at the parks, I noticed a Zephyr Hills water cooler...

Does anyone know if that water is free to park guests, instead of the 'water fountains'?

We plan on having a case of water delivered to our hotel room for mixing our DD's formula, but in the event that we ran out of water, I was wondering if we could rely on that water as a backup.

TIA!

There is no charge for the cooler, and I believe that is the intention for it...mixing formula, cereals and such. We used it for the same situation as you. I wouldn't use it to refill the adults water bottles, though. They have a regular sink in the centers as well.
